Unfortunately, I have to reject this submission because it doesn't meet my criteria for an OC (as far as I can tell it is a squirrel skull.)
He is in fact a squirrel skull--you got points for that. a lot of people think he's a bird skull at first glance--& he does exist IRL. How does Binky not satisfy your criteria, exactly?
